Nancy and I want to thank you for all that you gave for JDRF this weekend. It means so very much to us to associate with such giving people such as yourself and your family.

I also could not help but notice how upset you were when Nancy told you about our son. You see, it seem like a great loss and it feels that way sometimes, but what we need to understand is that we did not lose. What we had was the blessing of a son for his full life time, as short as that was. You see, life is too short, no matter how much time it last and the thing is, that we need to enjoy the brief time we have together.

As life is so short, I believe that there are some things that we need to learn and appreciate. That is, to enjoy the company of good people and the time we have together. So, not only do we want to thank you for your support of JDRF, but also the gracious hospitality and sharing you showed us this weekend. It was a pleasure to spend this time we had together.

Words along can not express our appreciation, but I will close with a simple THANK YOU.

I hope you are taking some much needed rest. Just had to let you know what a fabulous job you did this weekend. Having the HV Social tent with games, raffles and food was a huge success to the Roof-a-thon. Thank you for your interest and passion for JDRF and for inviting us to share the weekend and your tent with you. The added exposure for the Hudson Valley Branch went a long way in raising awareness and inevitably funding for our mission.

I look forward to sitting down with you when things calm down a bit and seeing how we can partner together in the future. All the best with your new business venture!!

BTW, your family is wonderful. Please tell them thank you as well. It was a pleasure meeting all of you.

Just wanted to say thank you for your support all weekend at the Wappingers Roof a Thon. My son who is 6 years old and has Type 1 was just diagnosed last year . It has been an everyday battle and the event put a smile on eveybody's faces. Your team and yourself made the event a suscess and I was happy to represt the JDRF with you and your company.
